RETURN POLICY
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from theaccessoryfactory.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to assist you.
Please note: We do not accept returns for items not purchased from theaccessoryfactory.com.
RETURNS
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund.
Item(s) purchased from theaccessoryfactory.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned. To return an item(s) for a refund, email customer care (customercare@the-accessoryfactory.com) for a Return Authorization # and noted on the outside on your return or invoice. Any returned item(s) without the Return Authorization # will not be processed. Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your items for a refund to be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
EXCHANGES
We do not exchange item. If you purchased an item from theaccessoryfactory.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
